Melissa Maiese
Associate Attorney
Melissa Maiese is an associate attorney at Wais, Vogelstein, Forman Koch & Norman, L.L.C., working diligently to represent victims of birth injuries and neonatal injuries. She graduated from University of Baltimore School of Law in 2022 and was admitted to the Maryland Bar that same year. After being barred, she practiced as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Baltimore County where she successfully prosecuted a range of criminal cases in the District Courts of Baltimore County.
Mrs. Maiese is proudly from the Baltimore area. Knowing from a young age she wanted to seek justice as a lawyer, she attended Towson High School, where she was accepted into the Law and Public Policy Magnet Program. She then graduated from Towson University in 2015 with a B.A. in History. During law school she worked as a law clerk for a small private firm that specializes in personal injury claims and lobbying the Maryland General Assembly.
